Every Saturday we have free Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) lessons from 1-3pm. The main aim of the lessons is for general keep fit and exercise plus developing skills in self defence and sparring. People with no experience to advanced are all welcome. We all learn from each other. A good mix of men and women.

I spent years training in Chinese martial arts and, participated in lots of others. I also like physical comedy.
I can’t attend on 26/2, but I have been thinking of ways of exiting kettles, for some time now.
Anyone remember the old playground trick of a small person crouching behind a “target”s knees, whilst another person giving the “target” a gentle push from behind?
I do believe that this could be systemized by the likes of yourselves to deceitfully break out of kettles en masse. Especially if combined with the “pusher” hugging a policeman, whilst a small “croucher” insinuates themself between/behind the “target”s legs.
It would also look hysterical on TV!
Think about it at least.
